Before co-founding Churchill & Tilden in 2013, P.C., Attorney Churchill was a solo practitioner at the Law Office of Pamela F. Churchill, P.C. for 17 years, where she focused on personal injury, criminal defense and family law cases. Prior to opening her own firm, Attorney Churchill worked as associate counsel for 6 years in the Tort Department at Keches and Mallen, P.C., which was located in Taunton, MA.
Attorney Churchill graduated from high school at Whitman-Hanson Regional High School in 1983. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University College of Criminal Justice, cum laude in 1988. She was President of Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honor Society while attending Northeastern. Thereafter, Attorney Churchill graduated from New England School of Law in 1991. Attorney Churchill served as President of the Plymouth District Bar Association from January 2013 through January 2014, and served as a member of the executive board for 3 years prior to that. Attorney Churchill remains an active member of the Plymouth District Bar Association.
Attorney Churchill was sworn into the Supreme Court of the United States in 2008. She is admitted to practice before all Massachusetts courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She has successfully litigated numerous cases and has represented clients in arbitrations and mediations. Attorney Churchill is a certified member of the criminal defense bar advocate panel in Plymouth County. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her three sons and friends. She also enjoys traveling and boating.
