Divorce Mediation

Divorce mediation is the most amicable and cost-effective way to dissolve your marriage. Both parties are not required to have attorneys present during divorce mediation. You and your spouse come to a fair resolution for yourselves, rather than having to go to court to argue each view before a Judge. We act as the neutral party for you in the mediation, so that all of your issues will be resolved.

When Mediation Is Not An Option

If divorce mediation is not an option, we will represent you during your divorce. We always try to dissolve divorces prior to the pre-trial date. If we are unable to come to an agreement on your divorce at the time of the Pre-trial Conference, we will litigate the matter through Trial.
