Before co-founding Churchill & Tilden in 2013, P.C., Attorney Tilden was a solo practitioner at the Law Office of Charlotte N. Tilden for 4 years, where she focused on personal injury and criminal defense cases. Prior to opening her own firm, Attorney Tilden worked as associate counsel for 11 years at the Law Office of John C. Manoog III, located in Hyannis, handling personal injury, worker’s compensation and criminal defense cases.
Born in Weymouth, Attorney Tilden graduated from high school at Cohasset High School. She earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies and Spanish from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, cum laude. Attorney Tilden graduated from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, in 1997. Some of her accomplishments include being named a Paul J. Liacos Scholar in law school, and serving as a Case and Note Editor for the Boston University International Law Journal. Attorney Tilden is active member of the Plymouth District Bar Association.
Attorney Tilden is a certified member of the criminal defense bar advocate panel in Plymouth County. She is admitted to practice before all Massachusetts courts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She has successfully tried numerous cases and has represented clients in arbitrations and mediations. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, golf, traveling, and attending the sporting events of her two sons.
